Small shops that do a good job are SO Rare in the US. Each one that I've tried to patronize has gone under, so I have to constantly resort to the Trader Joes and Total Wines of the world... but hope springs eternal.

@JustJoeP -- DDF said something along the lines of promising to buy you an enomatic for home use. Maybe not her exact words, but I'm certain that was the gist. But by all means, come on over!
